RESIDENT 2 PATHWAY

Are you passionate about reaching youth and growing as a leader in ministry? The Resident 2 Program is designed for dedicated 19-24 year old leaders who successfully completed the Resident 1 program and feel called to serve in vocational youth ministry. This 9-month program allows you to invest 20 hours per week ministering to students while gaining hands-on experience alongside a team of volunteers. Even if you’re in college or working part-time, this program equips you to grow spiritually, develop leadership skills, and make a lasting difference in students’ lives.

WHAT IS THE RESIDENT 2?
As a Resident 2, you’ll step into a mission-driven leadership role where you will:
• Serve with a passionate team to reach lost youth
• Be trained and mentored to run and lead ministry programs
• Support a Site Director at a middle or high school campus
• Fundraise for the mission and rally community support
• Lead and disciple a team of adult volunteers
• Build authentic relationships with students
• Partner with local churches and ministry supporters

Time Investment: This program allows you to invest 20 hours/week.

Weekly Training & Coaching: Wednesdays from 9am – 12pm

Who Can Apply?
This level is for Resident 1 program alumni. Perfect for those called to ministry and seeking leadership internships. If you’re ready to grow in faith, leadership, and ministry impact, this program is for you.

This level is for Resident 1 alumni and those who are advancing into staff positions (e.g., site director).
