For decades, Ray has been a steady force of hope and compassion for local youth navigating the justice system. Through his tireless work with Juvenile Justice Ministry (JJM), Ray has poured his heart into mentoring incarcerated teens—many of whom feel forgotten by the world. His impact stretches far beyond what we may ever truly see or measure. Even now, as he courageously battles cancer, Ray continues to show up—visiting facilities, listening, and encouraging youth to believe that “there is a life to live.” His presence is a reminder that love is spelled T-I-M-E in the eyes of a young person. Ray’s life is a powerful testament to the difference one person can make simply by being present. We are deeply grateful for his unwavering commitment to ensuring that every young person feels seen, heard, and known.
